What is a health center?

Community health centers and Tribal and Urban Indian health centers provide comprehensive, integrated primary, dental, and behavioral health care to more than 162,600 individuals at 66 sites in 50 communities across North Dakota and South Dakota.

Health centers provide care to all people, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
