What we offer
The clinical quality program at CHAD offers technical assistance through networking opportunities with peer health center members, monthly meetings, best practices, webinars, and workshops relating to a variety of clinical topics. These include data-driven quality improvement, UDS clinical measures, care management and chronic disease, HIV/AIDS education, community health worker integration, and more.
Technical assistance
CHAD offers individualized technical assistance to support members with clinical quality improvement initiatives. Technical assistance may include support with quality measure implementation and reporting, quality improvement strategies, performance data interpretation, adoption of best practices, and more.
Clinical quality network team
The Clinical Quality Network Team brings together clinical and quality leaders from CHAD member organizations to focus on clinical performance, quality improvement strategies, and emerging best practices. Participants share challenges, review data trends, and learn from peers and subject matter experts.
Care management workgroup
The Care Management Workgroup focuses on best practices related to care coordination, population health, and care management for high-need and complex patients. This group provides a forum to share tools, workflows, and strategies for improving patient outcomes and care continuity.
Clinical advisory committee
The Clinical Advisory Committee provides clinical leadership and guidance to inform CHAD’s quality-related initiatives, priorities, and advocacy efforts. The committee helps ensure that CHAD’s work reflects the needs and perspectives of member organizations and aligns with evolving clinical standards and policy priorities.
